The Resilient Ludington land use planning and community development project included the City of Ludington, Pere Marquette Charter Township, Hamlin Township, and Mason County. This collaborative planning effort resulted in new resilient master plans for the City of Ludington, Pere Marquette Charter Township and Hamlin Township. In addition, a full-scale design charrette was conducted for the US 10 corridor through the City of Ludington, Pere Marquette Charter Township and Mason County.
